Brazilian dictator wannabe Alexandre de Moraes just issued a ban on Twitter all over Brazil. And to add insult to injury, he imposed a fine of R$50,000 a day (which is *a la Vegeta* OVER $9000!!!!!...USD) for using a VPN to access it. And I thought being the B in BRICS was bad.
