I was totally surprised when  human gave this to me as it was a older picture that I never thought I would see finished! He did an amazing job on it and absolutely nothing in this picture is pre-rendered.

In the far distant future, the Galactic Imperium stretches the vast distances of three galaxy's and countless planets. In order to keep the peace and control the border worlds, the Imperium instituted a organization that worked to keep the laws of the Imperium but remain autonomous to keep the Imperium in check and avoid rampant corruption. This organization was named The Protectorate. It was divided into two factions, the White Protectorate who would deal with diplomatic situations and the Red Protectorate who would deal with the more militant situations.

Usually the mention of the Red Protectorate would be enough to quell most uprisings and similar situations. However, one name strikes more fear into the hearts of all the Imperium. Built by the Red Protectorate and given sentience he has surpassed all the other Red Agents. He is known as Xender, The Shining Death. He is the one called upon to handle situations that dictate extreme measures such as planetary purges and systematic removal of rebel strongholds,

The planet below once had a population of over 400 billion with a force that would rival several other worlds. Having seceded from the Imperium and declaring war on Imperium planets, The Protectorate could not abide such blatant hostility against the Imperiums power structure. Xender now stands above the world, its population purged and its military might eradicated. A new colony will be sent to repopulate the world and hopefully not make the same mistake.
