Been on a biiiig Wolverine kick lately X///3 So I figured while I got in some practice drawing heads from multiple angles, I would spice it up a notch by doing a gag sheet featuring one of my very earliest crushes! ^///^
Also big thanks to everyone who gave me tips and opinions on my latest journal btw! <3 It really helped me work out why I hadn't been happy with my colored sketches. DEFINITELY feeling loads better after playing around with this! You're all awesome my lovelies <3

Such a good selection of gags as well, I’m sure he was perfectly happy to model all of these and didn’t have any objections at all, not that we’d be able to hear them if he did

The continuation is what got me into the series! I have lots of things to catch up on! It's so freaking cool, and the messages in the show speak to me.
Came out with huge crushes on Gambit and Nightcrawler! Actually, looking at the show, and the comics, pretty sure I find many of the men of x-men attractive.
Storm and Jubilee have some of my favorite powers I've seen. Visually stunning, and powerful!

Yup! The way Storm unleashed her lightning, turning sand to glass, and hurling it towards the sentinels with a giant tornado was awesome.
Jubilee mesmerized me with her powers the moment she began to dance with it. The burst of colors and fireworks sounds are stunning. I loved the way she used her powers in her fight scenes. Demolishing sentinels, and Magneto in Mojo's game as well as when she fused her blast with digital self to create the big blast to defeat Mojo. Or when she sawed off Bastion's wings, and sent him flying with blast to the face!
Those are just some of the many and cool scenes throughput the show though. There where many other moments that tugged at my heart strings. Very excited to see what other stories are told in the X-men.

I just realised today that I had a couple of your artworks that I'd yet to leave a comment on, so I'm sorry for the delay and I'll be leaving a comment on the Death artwork tomorrow. Wolverine was my earliest favourite X-Men character when I first discovered them, still is amongst my favourites and wonderfully portrayed here, with just that perfect blend of ruggedly handsome, scruffy hirsuteness and both that feral streak and the worldly weariness that comes of having faced such situations so many many times in over a century of life.
A good showcase here with different types of gag, tape, cleave, ball and of course the sock gag, the latter probably being the worst for Logan with his hyper keen sense of smell. Some lovely detail with the stubble, and his characteristic hairstyle and shaggy muttonchops, as well as his various expressions, my favourites being the upper middle with a sort of resigned tolerance and the classic snarl and death glare on bottom right, perhaps after finding he's going to be subjected to tickle torture.

Oh man I love reading your comments! I don't want you to feel like you're ever obligated to comment or anything though. Whenever you have time and you feel like it, just know it puts a big ass smile on my face haha! And omg yes! He has that perfect mix of daddy energy, grandpa energy, and.... well... feral animal energy lmao! Just hits so many buttons knowing he's just as likely to go full protective parent mode or fight tooth and nail!

My bias is for SURE showing but that was definitely what went through my mind with the sockgag ://3 Might have also thought about just shoving one of his boots against his face and taping it there while I found each and every one of his sensitive spots! So glad I managed to get the faces to convey what I was going for! Resigned tolerance is genuinely something I hardcore get giddy about. I think I'm going to blame the dad kink I have for that one haha!
