Aularis is my newest ENT oc

she's from a utopian society where 1000's of years ago half the population left the other warlike half and started a new society on a high-tech space station, where they mind their own business and basically live in paradise. their approach has been to just mind their own business and protect their own, the station (Quairk) having insane security and defense systems, and thusly they haven't been bothered by anyone else, living in the orbit of their old planet (now an uninhabitable wasteland due to the warring group they left behind)

UNTIL enterprise visits asking for them to help defeat a malevolent race that had developed a world-destroying weapon and was threatening the quadrant, but Aularis stands firm on their belief in minding their own business and not inviting danger to their peoples.

UNTIL, while visiting enterprise, the invaders turn the weapon on Quarik to make a point to the federation. all 1mil of her people (minus her, her guard, and about 15 other Quairik) are wiped out and she kinda goes dark, vowing to moidle the invaders leader and destroy their weapon, docking her horns and basically taking a ritual death to her people (to take a path of violence is to willingly exile yourself)

her people have 4 major sexes (and a handful of occasional alternates that spring up) and their society is very 'ancient Greek/roman on the foundation of futuristic tech'

they don't have defined genders tho, and they all use she/her pronouns
