A Pokémon team illustration I did for emojintai on Twitter/X in exchange for the Pokémon World Championships exclusive Riolu plushie! 🥰 (I couldn't NOT get him... even though I'm mainly a Lucario collector!)
These are some of emojintai's favourite Pokémon, and it was so fun to put them in a composition that looked good and well balanced! The contrast between the massive Alpha shiny Hisuian Zoroark, and a bunch o tiny little guys was a challenge to make sense of, but I'm very proud of the outcome.
The fact that most of these guys shared a color palette also helped me a ton in making sense fo the composition - I don't often get to combine blues and purples too :) Overall this was a joy to make and hope I get the chance to paint more Pokémon teams in the future!
