Love the use of color on the lines

Thank you. <3 The workflow is pretty simple to achieve it. (Clip Studio Paint workflow, probably replicable in other software.)

Going down the list in order. Layer order is important here:
Top
1. Gradient Map Correction Layer, set to CSP's spectrum gradient preset, lighter color blending mode
2. Black Overlay Layer
3. Yellow Overlay Layer
4. Red Overlay Layer
5. Paint Layer
6. White Background Layer
Bottom

Perlin noise textures help to give extra texture as well. It's difficult to add color to it however, and requires a lot of rendering in post. I didn't render this one much at all, just was a quick drawing.
