Imagine your size was legit an in game difficulty. At full size you can immediately reach all the necessary loot and bosses are pretty straightforward but at lower sizes you have to use additional stuff and very strong armor just to not be crushed. Would be lovely to try out each difficulty
Ohhh, you just made it soooo much more interesting for me! Imagine at normal difficulty there are some familiars who seem completely useless, but as soon as you try the game at smaller sizes you realize they are the absolutely best (strongest/fastest/etc.) at your new difficulty. So much to explore... also I agree I would play at the hardest difficulty available (and then install mods to go even further XD)
