Powers: despite his appearence he can move quickly throughout the city, he has two extendable jets, not powerful enough for flight, but to give a boost, he can store water in or around his pot belly and filter this water into his muscles to create more muscle mass, when water is stored in his belly the nanites inside can purify and clean the water for use, he can pressurize the water stored inside him and fire it with his trunk acting as a water lazer, his trunks can detach and become blades if he needs to use them, he is able to suck things in using his trunk, he can grab things with his tail and even swollow things whole useing his tail, he can also use his tail as a sprinkler of sorts by sending water though his tail

Bio: Lestmir is a Synthetic Elephant created by Samuel Sergel, Samuel is the city scientist responsible for creating a good portion of the Inventions around town, and Samuel has created several other synthetic creatures like Lestmir, each being a different animal with each having different uses, Lestmir Specializes in collecting water and distributing it around town, to water plants at the park, to put out fires, and sometimes helps with cutting things useing his trunk as some sort of water lazer, similar inventions are used throughout the city, but since they are built into Lestmir he can provide help and use these tools way more efficiently then anyone else can, so he provides his aid when others request it, he has a side hobby of gardening that he is VERY defensive of, he is a kind and gentle giant, but if you touch his plants he wont be very kind or gentle, recently their has been a rumor that the Mayer's assistant Cornell has disappeared, this has worried him and many of the other synths as they were good friends with the assistant and the Mayer just as much as Samuel was, but with no traces to follow, the case was soon shut down
