lol I've been wanting to draw what would Celine's Father would look like and as you can see, he looks like a no-nonsense, serious, and Strong Fellow. LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THOSE EYEBROWS :V. I BET THAT THEY GROW BIGGER AS HE GETS EVEN MORE SERIOUS.
Anyway, He's a Kenpo Karate Master and is the main Sensei at his Dojo. He teaches the Dengenken-Ryuu Kenpo Karate ((Electrical Earth Fist Style). He's probably another reason why guys back at Cianwood City probably won't ask Celine out, because they know who he is. He was a reowned Martial artist back in the day who had won many tournaments before he settled down to be with his family and to take over his parents' dojo, and that he's also a strict teacher too (probably not as strict on Celine though). They imagined what would happen if they try to date Celine (something like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ZNVXS4enRw).
ANYWAY, He, at first, didn't really want to teach Celine his fighting style but as the years go by, he noticed the talent that Celine has for Martial Arts and not being interested in girly things, so he gave in to the thought.
I guess that if a guy truly want his approval of him dating his daughter, Zach believes that he must be a real strong fellow and thus, must be able to Beat him in a match (Come on, Zach, that's not being fair.) Of Course, you don't have to paid any mind to the last part, He's at Cianwood City and Celine's at PCA. What he doesn't know, won't kill him.... or you.
