Here is a little voice acting I have done when I had the cold recently.
This is heavily edited, including multiple pass pitch shifting as well as some dynamics and equalization.
Regarding the text, this is surprisingly sensible considering I made it up as I said it.
Don't interpret anything into it.
I could upload the unedited voice track if you are interested.
EDIT: Actually have a look at this forum entry, you can listen to both edited and unedited side by side. http://www.rayverak.com/forum/viewt.....f=11&t=209

Cool Edit Pro 2.1 - it's pretty old but I know the interface. Adobe bought it from Syntrillium and made their own Audio Suite out of it using their own crazy interface concept. I would upgrade, but I think Adobe is asking 5 times more for it than when it was owned by Syntrillium.

However.. many sound editors will have the basic capabilities to do what I did.

In all honesty, I did notice that in the recording.
I think it's like a result of knowing how you intend to, in a sense, "put out" the submission, but then for whatever reason you became a bit "-centric" (not trying to be insulting <3) on the audio elements of the settings of Cool Edit Pro moreso than the wording. That's no serious fault. Just simple mistakes is all.
Contrary to the wording in [MANY...] of the textual stuffs that I put out, in most cases I find myself scrambling for wikipedia links to the words that I - for odd reasons beyond even MY OWN understanding... - seem to quote "already know of."
Makes me kinda giggle every time it happens. I end up mispelling the word in the URL, and basically keep "getting my leg pulled!"

You have a natural bass to your voice which is a dream voice for any voice over actor. You should really get into commercials or radio if you aren't already! And then just work yer way up to movie trailers and monster/dragon characters. (this is after I listened to yer unedited voice).
I played this in the background as your voice played: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=24hP.....66&index=4
Let's just say that it was ....horrifyingly awesome.
