Now when I couldn't use my bouncing boobs icon (because of FA's new lame rule) then did I had to find something else... same day did I came across a user there made Portal core icons and I just HAD to have one as I love the game 8D

The was a year ago, but they made a rule saying that boncing boobs, butts and other private parts wasn't allowed as an icon as those couldn't be "hiden" if you went SFW (Safe For Work) mode on the site.
I am not sure if the rule are still applied as I see more and more people having something like it but I find it to be a weird rule there is suppose to target that younger viewers shouldn't see such things... when the site doesn't seem to be for the younger aurdience...
