Update Edit: After having made the more recent thing of adding bloomers onto Red Hood's outfit design, I decided to go back to this and give her bloomers, because otherwise it would nag me and make it feel incomplete in relation to current things.
So now Red Hood has bloomers that are worn over her diapers, which definitely give a better look on the design.
