I got a hot tip from one of my roommates at Megaplex this year that there was an artist in the dealer's den who was taking commissions for the first time and offering cheap sketches since she was just starting out. In between that time and my actually commissioning her she raised her prices, but was still affordable enough for me to squeeze one more commission out of the con this year. <3
