o this was a VERY interesting commission! I was asked to draw ChibiUsa (aka Mini Moon) from Sailor Moon in this particular way. You know me, I love to draw kink and fettishes and pin-ups so I was stoked. It actually took me a sec to realize that it was Mini Moon I was drawing. XD Anyway, here she is.

The title was taken from what the commissioner said when she explained her reasoning behind this request. Basically she said another anime had her convinced that magical girl types are all fucking nuts and since chibiUsa had More Issues than Time Magazine she was even MORE likely to be nuts.

That and straightjackets are kinky. I love kink. XD
