For the week of the fluffening I also wanted to play around with feathers a bit and making them stick out/give them some texture.
There isn’t a story for this transformation piece. It was, however, a study in feathery fingers and also using a method of face/beak placement from the same book I stole the dog pose from. I think it came out pretty well.
I can’t imagine who the person being transformed is with that fabulous vest. Are they scared? Or excited? Is the beak expression turning to a frown or a smile? You decide! I mean, I know what I was going for but I’m not telling.
Anyway, a mid transformation transformation drawing and I hope you all enjoy!
