Nora is a fairy moth who is meant to resemble as a bipedal anthropomorphic moth with smooth beige skin, crème-coloured neck fluff and on her abdomen, 2-toed feet and 4-fingered hands. Her eyes consist of pale white pupils and yellow iris. A pair of bright yellow wings and antennae are grown on her back and the top of her head respectively. Her golden hair has a side-swept style with curly bangs on her back, and she commonly has a magical lily flower on one side. 3 teal leaves can be seen covering both shoulders. In addition, Petal bracelets are worn both around her hand wrist and leg ankle, and a petal belt close to her waist.

Nora specialises both light and nature magic. Her usual forms of conjuring nature can involve on plant overgrowth, thorn shield, flower manipulation and vine lash. In terms of light, she can illuminate herself to create a bright aura that would increase the vitality of plants but can also weaken someone’s physical strength if those deemed as enemies. She can cast concentrated light beam that is effective towards non-plant organisms.

The fairy usually spends most of her time wander around playfully in the enchanted floral forest. Despite her kind and gentle demeaner, she is more centre about herself and the interest on nature than anyone else who isn't native to her floral domain. Though, the fairy does sometimes interact with a few outsiders, depending on whether they would help to please her in any way or simply for some of them to have a good attitude. If not, Nora commonly ignores them alone, even if they are being attacked by native botanic creatures and beasts within the forest. Should she go to defend on her home depends on the severity of outsiders harming her forest.
