On September 6, 1999, Dragon Tales made it's debut on the same day that PTV became PBS Kids, and became one of those shows that kickstarted things for the block. It was created by Ron Rodecker back in 1978 before it even became a TV series! I might've seen the show back then from when I was a kid, but I only managed to see a few episodes at the time, even though I wasn't used to it back then.
