Flower holds Selenite's Sceptre (Art Trade with Glitz)

Flower has gotten a kind visit from a Dragon Queen named Selenite. The Queen wanted to meet Flower upon learning she was a baker. Selenite got to try out many of Flower's sweets that day.
When the Queen had to get ready to go somewhere Flower went to pick up the Queen's sceptre to give it to her suddenly Flower was hit with a swelling spell that left her too fat to move. The rest is history.
