Well, can't say for sure as i am just a mere artist and not the creator, but as far as i know:
Its "he" and its not the spirit or another being behind, but just the living suit itself. Like, the changeling, that changed its form to the suit.

Yup you're correct. It's my living latex suit OC that has transformed into a living latex dress and from a he into a she. A changeling's transformation ability is very handy.
