I made a custom fruit that I call the fruit the Glowbo Fruit and I made a squid foodimal for it. Anywho about the Glowbo Fruit:
It's a aquatic fruit found deep within the Abyssal waters and glows in pure darkness. Altho in light the glowing properties fade. And this chemical reaction also effects it's taste
No glow - bitter
Glow - sweet
And you can cut it like a avocado, it can be eaten like a pear and the taste for the sweetness can be just up to a pear mixed with a essence of peach. As for the bitter not glowing part it can be said it tastes like cough medicine. However with the chemical reserves for the no glow state it can be used to make medication. As for when it is in its glowing state it could just be eaten as a snack
