I enjoy abstract works, because at different slices of time in my life, I perceive the same piece in different ways. What blinds my vision, grips my lower body, blurs my form, coils around my waist, and coldly gazes at my back—all of these are the deep greys within the depths of my heart.

Words carve out the present, so I no longer speak. I let understanding remain in the abstract, and in this way, it continues to live within me.
