A friend of mine, curled up in bed with her laptop, asked me teasingly for a bedtime story. Instead of just being silly, I wrote her this, all done over MSN messenger. I've touched it up and formatted it here.

And I like the narrative style of fairy tales and bedtime stories. I think I might do more of these if people like how it turned out.
