A Fifth Wave of Transformations (Chapter 18/Finale)
Yet another sequel to my stories of C.I.D.F. documentation, which consists of the C.I.D.F. documenting every individual that was once a human being, but had been transformed into an anthro animal permanently from the CNG effects. The purpose is to figure out why CNG did this to the specific individual, and also to keep them safe from the forces of evil. It also will allow SuperCat to see if he has any potential new recruits in the G-52 Organization, since both organizations are sister organizations to one another. The story was based on my experience using Bing Image Creator, but FurAffinity doesn't allow AI-generated art. (Using it did help me somewhat because I cannot draw.)
This fifth documentation wave returns to Dark Wolf's castle, the facility of which is home to G-52 HQ. The guests, however, do not visit that part (unless Super C gives them permission to in the event they gain superpowers, and he wants them to test them out in a safe training environment).
This is Chapter 18 and the finale. This is also a flashback story, as this happened before the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. Some animals documented, however, would go on to compete in the furry version of the same thing. (The humans always do their first, followed by the furries.)

Rainier: It still doesn't change the fact that Levi's snap decision over that island put the other parallels at risk when the tabloid terrorists stole his money to fund their global safari hunt for those lions. One of those lions is Lakhdar the Maghrebi Lion, who is now President of Algeria, after a bloody civil war engulfed his country.
Mechayote: We were there and the F5 Terror Force surprisingly assisted us in apprehending the tabloid terrorists there.
Gatling Gator: Algeria's sprawling grape industry helps stabilize the world economy more as well and I can see why even supervillains want Lakhdar to take care of his country more.
Zax: I didn't even know Algeria was known for wine that long. Now I see why everybody on all sides want Lakhdar to take care of his country.
Rainier: My review for Levi this year is not going to be so nice sadly, but I must do what I must to remind him of what the consequences were for blowing up back in France over the drone-spying scandal and ceding Machias Seal Island to America forever without contacting Parliament. His policies were excellent for Canada, but his management of his anger needs a lot of improvement.

Leo: We have faith he will improve. Now that you've got the office and not him, the pressure's off, so he can relax easier.
Cripto: That's the first time in a long time I can remember being helped by a supervillain that wasn't Bendraqi. Copycat is usually trying to one-up me.
Bendraqi: That's before I turned over a new leaf. Levi never was a villain, but he needs to do the same thing. Where was the logic in that choice?
Super C: It wasn't. *to Rainier* He told me he's prepared for it, however. He's already gotten lecture after lecture from the D-19 officials in charge of his anger management and therapy sessions. Meanwhile, keep me posted on the other case, would you? By that, I mean the case of Captain Canada vs. the City of Vancouver.
Doughty Dog: That's true; she lost her job because she wouldn't join in the ridicule of Levi. Where was the logic in that choice?
All G-52s in unison: It wasn't.
