Here we find Breezer cashing in at a bank following a lucrative infestation removal job. He's splitting his payday between an account deposit and taking coin home in his purse.
This particular branch of First Bank of the Realm is mostly staffed by dwarves like this well armed fellow.
This bank has ledgers linked by magic from any branch to any other branch, anywhere in the realm. Including branches in other nations, either across the continent, or across oceans. Anywhere that Breezer travels in his world, he can deposit money into, or withdraw funds from his account. The bank's ledgers are enchanted so that their own magic will simply interact with depositor's magic to authenticate any transaction he needs. Because he can actively channel magic, (powerful magic at that) Breezer has all the magic he needs to directly interact with the ledger.
While Dwarven magic is limited (It's weak in many areas) and specialized, there's more than enough of it to interact directly with the powerful magic of these enchanted ledgers. Individuals without sufficient magic to interface with the ledgers need to authenticate and validate their identities by other means that we in RL would probably recognize. Special, enchanted ID cards are available for just this reason.
