Heh, I'm reminded of the TRANSFORMERS episode "Webworld", in which Cyclonus takes Galvatron to planet Torkulon for therapy. Before treatment begins, a doctor has Cyclonus sign paperwork:
"Then if you'll validate the forms right here... and here for diagnostics... and for therapeutics... and one for parts and labor... and accounting... and there. That's your copy."
Cyclonus takes one look at his copy, then shreds it ;)
