Heh know it's been awhile since last I tempted yer tastebuds... so here's a lil' breakfast/brunch melt sandwich I made earlier... jus' a bigger version of the familiar sausage, egg & cheese bisquit/sandwich..

ingredients:
2 slices of texas toast, lightly toasted
magarine (or buttered)
1 quarter pound of a roll of sausage (made 4 patties from the roll)
1 slice of pepperjack cheese
1 slice of american cheese
1 egg (fried sunny side up
mayo

directions:
first I toasted the bread in the toaster lightly then gave it a spread of the margerine an mayo as the sausage fried then put on the slice of pepperjack cheese as the base, then when the sausage patties were done I set those aside an placed 1 on top of the cheese ta get it ta start meltin' while I cracked open the egg(s) an fried them sunny side up then after those got added to the sandwich I laid on the american cheese then placed on the top slice of toast.

makes fer a hearty breakfasty meal ta either have by yerself or shared with friends so if ya try this I hope ya enjoy {:)
