Well, you want to know what Volty's "other" side looks like, well here's a rough idea, along with two powers he can do, and from top left, to bottom right.

Top left: Fear himself, in his rather moody, psycho way, holding the little orb that he resides in.

Top right: Him as a floating anthro head. lol. idk

Bottom left: A flak jacket protection suit made from Fear's power. I don't know what power it is, but Volty's managed to make it into that, giving him enhanced resiliency to attacks and more power to his punches/kicks.

Bottom Right: What happens when Fear takes over Volty completely? Well, that, really. owo' Enhanced speed and power makes him a formidable foe.
