Huff... huff... BWURF...

Hiro trudges through the empty, sunlit park, his swollen belly protruding massively in front of him, stretched tight and round from the sheer amount of food crammed inside. With every step, his bloated stomach sloshes heavily, the liquid contents churning and brewing, creating a noisy symphony of deep glorps and wet glunks that echo through the quiet surroundings. His overfilled belly rumbles with a loud, relentless GRRRRRROAN, filling the still air as the food inside ferments and bubbles, building up more trapped gas. Each sharp gurgle sends a ripple through his large, heavy gut, which wobbles and quivers under the strain. He grips his enormous belly with both hands, desperately trying to stifle a series of deep, rumbling burps that threaten to escape. As his stomach gurgles even more fiercely, a deep, strained BLOORRRRPP forces its way up, his cheeks puffing out as he struggles to hold it back, only for the pressure to build again, making his overstuffed gut bubble and heave with every step.

"Gosh... what did I eat... I'm so... ugh... full..." Hiro groans, his bloated belly continuing its relentless, noisy glunks and gurgles in the piercing silence of the park, his face flushed from both the effort and the growing discomfort in his distended middle.
