I know this is just a sketch, but I plan on finishing it and taking this to scraps. And I know posting clean stuff to furaffinity is like dropping a pebble in a lake, but I don't care. =P
Who is this?:
Cadmium is a Mobian skunk, 20 years of age. Stoic most often, she tends to answer questions with more questions and doesn't stay in one place too long.
What's her deal?:
Not all Mobians went with King Max; some of them rebelled against the Kingdom of Acorn and took to Overlander posts. Cadmium's parents were two of this rare minority. Cam, as some call her, was raised thusly on propaganda and military might. Try as she would to do well by her parents, things just weren't that cut and dry in Cam's heart. At age 18, she took a Personal Transport Unit, a plasma pistol and all of the skills she's learned in the United Overland Army and deserted her colony.
Whose side is she on, anyway?:
Everyone's, believe it or not.Two years of travelling, studying the political climates and taking part in several operations of Overlander and Mobian direction have given Cam a unique viewpoint. On the one hand, the Overlanders are often trying to take back too much of what was never theirs and sucking up resources in an unnecessarily inefficient way, though some have good intentions and the social majority is held up with the thought to find somewhere else to inhabit. On the other hand, the Acorn Kingdom has been a little too sweeping with its powers in recent years, and should they triumph over Robotnik and, charged with a newfound hatred of that one overlander, rebuild the old glory of the kingdom? It may spell conflict for the two sides once more.
Cam has no good regards for Robotnik, however, and does not hesitate to lend a helping hand when it comes to SWATbot-terrorized villages or raids to free innocent Mobians. At the same time, she doesn't want Robotnik out of the picture until it can be plainly drawn from both Overlanders and Mobians that the madman is clearly against both races.
Those are big ambitions. Can she even do anything?:
While she doesn't have the power of flying, speed, super strength or any such thing, Cadmium does have a very good history of military training. She understands tactics on a base level, has above average hand-to-hand fighting skills, is a fair shot, can survive harsh environments, and has no shortage of transportation.
She appears in the same SatAM-esque roleplaying universe as Lynne Blacksand and Chaos the Fox.
