At the request of his boss Vincent, Alcryst went to go see Deliah who is a Doctor and Surgeon, but she's also a Psychologist and a Therapist. As much Crescent wanted too, he not allowed to reveal anything about the future so he had to bend the the truth a little.

She told him to take a baby step and to practice on a Yveltal toy, Alcryst remembered that Pyra had one also. She told him to buy one and to practice looking and talking to it.
Alcryst went ahead and bought and despite his efforts, he still couldn't look the toy in the eye, but Crescent now did make him feel slightly ease and he probably dreaming of the father he could've had, Vincent hopes this helps him get over his phobia of Crescent.
