Inhibitor cubes are worn by certain types of Denizens who are captured by Patrollers. Any Denizen that is shot by one will have they're bombs binded together as the cube adapts to they're bodies, leaving the victims in question quite helpless as they can do nothing but wait as the perpetrator comes in and picks them up. After it adapts, the Inhibitor cube will then mold onto their ankles, wrists or form a sort of chain and collar on they're necks and completely inhibits they're power, hence the name.
