Actually did this to get over a bit of art blockage, plus I'd been meaning to do a Thundurus 'morph for a while. I'm also considering giving him a Tornadus for a brother.

Astaroth is a transer student from the Unova region, and has brought his chaotic tendencies with him; electrifying all of the lockers in the hallways, causing thunderclouds to follow unsuspecting/helpless targets relentlessly, you name it. Of the two "Prank Brothers", Astaroth his more blunt and straightforward personality-wise. His pranks are also less lighthearted.
