I've been wanting to get out there..

It's at it's lowest level since they started filling it in the 1940's.

if it drops another 4 to 6 feet, the hydro-turbines will stop for lack of water flowing into the intake towers!!

Also, the last time i was out there, was the only time it was at flood stage, with water roaring over the two side diversion spillways an into the tunnels that route the water around the dam.

Well, not *all* because of that, a ten year drought may have something to do with it as well.
