On the bright side, Amal can use the dreaded Freeze Dry. Lardbarge could do it too. If she really wanted to get huge, she could just get some calcium intakes, fish up some stuff with the super rod, take those out with freeze dry, have Amal cook them, eat, and repeat steps 2-5 with sleep in there. Freeze Dry is an ice move that's super effective on water types as well.
