Sometimes you have no choice, no other option than to pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and lick your wounds, be they physical, emotional, or mental. When you've got to hold it together because no one else will, then you'll have to carry on, even if you don't want to, even if you feel like you can't, you simply must because there's no other way. For those who carry the weight of others on your back, for those who are the first to pick someone else up, and for those who know that they have too much on their plate to lie down and surrender, you must carry on. Take a knee, have a breather, or scream into the void, whatever you can to offload your burdens, carry on because no one else will carry your burdens for you.
