For the life of me, I can NOT think of stats and things to put here. I tried, and went over several variations, but nothing that came to mind seemed to want to work. Oh well.
This is for an intermission comic arc after I deal with the current one over at Altermeta. I might even do the whole mini-arc in this style. If it sticks.. who knows, this might be where the comic goes in styling overall. Its much looser. Sure it's got a bit of messiness about it, but it's very easy to do...

What's that? A picture of Boo? *reflex clicks to fave* Whaaaat!? I've got a bit of a thing for candy goths!
About the looser, messier style: While I wouldn't mind it for bonus arcs or side arcs, I'm not sure I'd want it for the main story. I kinda feel like the main story should be a bit of a showcase of your talent (both in writing and in drawing). I understand that this can be time consuming and difficult to maintain but, (and this is clearly my own personal preference) waiting a bit longer and more patiently for a higher quality product is a reasonable trade off.

I'll be honest, the actual palette of this one seems like a step down from the comic -- but the way that it's painted, and the liveliness of the lines, I love. Expressiveness and atmosphere are the two things that make AM's art so enjoyable, and this doesn't sacrifice either, if anything it enhances them..
Admittedly this one did end up a lot more muted than the one with T-square that I uploaded last night too. But they're both using the same methods, give or take. I'm working on a third pic right now just to test the idea further..
My real dilemma is that this is a very expression, bouncy method, the sketchy style helps keep a lot of the personality I like to have in pics, but the other method goes along the lines of a very "animated cartoon" style that I also love.. oh decisions decisions...
still, I may use it for the intermediate, intermission comic arc that's.. well once it gets started you'll understand why it's a kind of "don't care" bunch of pages.

admittedly, I find this style of yours quite sloppy looking... the one with T-square isn't bad, but this one is quite awful in my opinion, and the expression is... rather indescribable.
I'm sorry to have to say that. I mean, if you like it, and it allows you to put out more comics, that's fine... but I admit I think you've been doing a good job with the party story arc, that style is very nice, both clean and stylized.

If you're sorry, then don't say it. Calling it sloppy means you missed the point entirely anyway.
Either way, I'm not sorry that I don't do perfect clean lines and formulaic cell shading ALL the time, it's part of the fun of trying new things. Oh that's right, I'm not supposed to try other styles and methods, or even allowed to sketch. I mean I'm only an artist.
