This is Night Fury Twilight, No relations to a certain over ego pony in a land of ponies.

This is a dragoness imbued with power from the light side. So much so she is considered a goddess in her world. able to stop natural disasters (or at least mitigate them) From birth to a few years later her growth both physical and mental was explosive. Going from hatchling to yearling to adult, normal Night Furies take decades to reach where she is. Though she can go further.

She is there about 3x the size of the normal night fury at this referenced age. so yes that means that she can do quite the range of things with her kin, though unlike the red tyrant, she doesn't harm her kin or other dragons. She is an alpha and cares for them.
