While his sister likes to be in charge and treated like a princess, Zeph likes to spend his time roaming between cities.
Sleeping beneath the stars, visit the different dragon tribes and travel, seeing every corner of the continent and not staying in one place for long.
Working for the "Dragon Order Mailing" postal services, he even gets to earn something for the travels.
He loves bringing letters from people to their loved ones in far away cities they can't visit frequently and seeing the smiles of them when receiving them.
At times he even smuggles letters from people, who can't afford the fees, into his personal bag.
And sometimes he even lets one of these anthros ride in a specially crafted saddle, showing them the wonders of the sky how only a dragon could see them.

Even if the war between the dragons and humanoid races ended, there's still some grudges on both sides.
And not many dragons decided to live in the city or even work as closely together with the two legged species.
Some being simply too proud others thought it goes against the natural ordder of things.
Which was even more reason for him too make an example as a dragon of royal blood.
Showing it can work and bringing other dragons to work together with the humans, to build trust and friendship.
