Do you know that an entire series called Timon and Pumbaa exist? And it's such a shame when side characters just trying to take the spotlight from main favorite characters of our childhood. Simba and Nala!

Ehh.. I don’t know, from what I’ve seen of the show it was really weird, like it had a looney tunes like tone and featured weird side characters, including humans, who just didn’t look like they belong in the lion king franchise. But that’s just me

Honestly, I like Timon and Pumbaa but I never liked them that much to where I wanted them to star in their own show. I personally think they work better as side characters.

I agree it would have been cool, but I'm quite certain the voice actor wasn't available, as if I remember they had to use a different voice actor when adding a new song "Morning Report" in one of their special dvds.
