Welcome back everyone! Today's entry into Insectember brings us the Ghost Mantis! This mantis is found in Africa from the Sahara to Madagascar. Like the Orchid Mantis, this insect resembles a plant to lure in its prey, however unlike its floral cousin, it opts for the appearance of a dry, dead leaf.
