Chippers is a Hellborn Deal Maker from the Greed Ring. She has a pet Shark mutant which she named Squirt. He is a little guy who has a horn on his head like a Narwhale, but he has eyes all over his body and multiple rows of teeth like the Hellsharks native to Wrath.
She is arm candy usually, and has the personality of someone who thinks her shit don't stink. However she runs one of the largest dumps across Hell. Usually for recycling .. Meat. Not your usual trash dump-- but hey, if you pay the right price a body can dissapear.
