Penbert Bear is at time of Robo-Bear and at time of shape-shifting fairy !
Her fur is gray (On the top) and light yellow (On the bottom)
Abilities:
Shapeshifting can change her forms like the creatures in function in her emotions
Shooting the lasers can shoot since her eye
Manipulation lights when it's dark in the world of care-a-lot she use her powers lights !
