Fa'Lina is probably hands down one of my more difficult characters to draw in DMFA. She's just a very busy character designwise what with the hair, the wings, the other wings, ears, etc...as such it means I have to be extra careful otherwise she ends up looking really cluttered. Usually half the time I goof up anyways but eh, keep on practicing.
This started off as more a practice sketch but I kind of liked it so I decided to finish it up. That and most of the time for all the wings I stick onto characters, they never seem to have them out and open as much as would be nice. Really simple background, but thats mostly because I didnt really have any backgrounds in mind when I was working on it so meh. MEH!
If anything, everyone now has their monthly quota of retina-burning pink.

I've always loved Fa'Lina, simply because she's the epitome of succubus design. She's busty, beautiful, classy and refined; she has a definite theme in what she does and definite emotional drives, but still stays above and beyond it in her work. She's sexually charged and feminine on one side, but strong and powerful on the other. :3
Amazing.
I love how soft the wings look, and at the same time the hard gloss shine on the outfit. Real attention grabbers, I'm sure she does that intentionally. ;3

Honestly, I think adding anything to the background would draw your eyes away from Fa'Lina, and that in itself would make it look cluttered; That being said, I love the fractured/ wrinkled effect. Next to Lorenda and Kria, she's one of my favorite characters, and you've drawn her both alluring and impressive as always
I really like how you got a 'full extension' of her traits. Seeing her wings spread, hair flowing, and ears visible doesn't make her seem cluttered to me so much as... broad? That's probably not the right word; I mean along the lines of 'big and powerful'.
But at the same time, that sense of power is balanced by her expression, which seems motherly. So she seems powerful, but in a 'safe' way. Not a 'come within ten feet and you'll be crushed' power, but a sheltering sort.
Aaand I'm rambling :V
My apologizes.

Short answers: 1) Yes she is. 2) No she isn't. Source: http://www.missmab.com/Cast/falina.php
Nah, it looks great the way it is. More wings would have made it to busy.
I think Fa'Lina doesn't like showing off the fact she's Tri-Wing. I think it's a sore spot for her considering she no longer has a clan. Plus she likes to interact with the students, so it might make them more comfortable if she looks more like them.
I always kinda hope that Abel will choose to switch to her clan, since his clan does not have a leader anymore, and he clearly is not interested in being his crazy father's pawn to recreate it.

Fa'lina still has my favorite quote of the whole series, when she first meets Dan and he calls her Cubi instead of any number of pretty words. She cups her chest and goes "I don't even know why I keep these girls around anymore, no one seems to notice them." Best. Line. EVER.
Very awesome! I've always had a crush on Fa'Lina. She seems like such a cougar, I'd love to have some, ahem, private meetings regarding my behavior. *shifty eyes*
I also feel really sad for her, knowing she's last of her clan, and as a tri-wing, she can't bring anyone else into her clan. Even if I'd only be around for a few decades, I'd do what I could to at least take tea with her once a month, just so she has a friend, and not an underling.

I absolutely love how you draw hair; that braid is just so perfectly cabled and thick-looking!! My braids always look flat. :C
Also I don't think she's retina burning! I actually normally hate the color pink, but Fa'Lina's pinks are so deliciously muted and perfect. <3 She's more like cotton candy pinks than like pepto bismal pinks, and I love it. :3

Open wings for stylistic awesomeness is awesome.
To have open wings more often; why would they have their wings open? Lots of creative answers to exploit, particularly with summer so close at hand: good way to cool off.
Still, wings being limbs, albeit somewhat delicate, 'twould be interesting to see them used in a more arm-like capacity. Doesn't seem to be done often. Hugs, crawling, steadying, grabbing/scooping. Lots of fun to be had.
