Just do be careful, please. Too much alcohol, especially too regularly taken, do can cause harm, even permanent harm on your body. :)
Watch the symptoms, and if they come, take a big breath and accept you should not take that much alcohol in the future. Even if you very much want to. :(

Funny thins was that I had been doing it for a year, and one day, that same amount of exercise damaged me!
