Hey this is a great one! Whoever the commissioner was, they had a new, interesting approach to how the TF would work with how the skin drapes over the face and fuses with it to cause the transformation. Seal TF isn’t the most common out there and the way it’s executed was very clean here, especially the flippers. Great work!
