From the anime known as The Numbers aka Nanbaka. This came from a set of pics commissioned by 
gragor of the main four (you can find the rest of the set on his page), and he suprised me with Jack as Uno. Gotta say, I love how this came out, Jack rocks both Uno's look and vibe pretty well. As for how good of a gambler he is? Well, you might just have to go up against him to find out.
