Apparently, there are three crimes happening in three different parts of the world all at the same exact time! There's a gang of rat punks stealing valuables from some of Paris' wealthiest families, a hawk with powers over thunder plotting to trap Petropolis in a never-ending thunder boomer, and a big, warty toad hopping around Los Angeles stealing money from charities to give to himself.

Fortunately, three brave heroes have come in to stop them. Sly Cooper and his gang have found the rat punks' hideout, and he's currently dealing with their leader, Rat Punk, on the catwalk above them. He plans on taking the stolen valuables back to their owners but plans on giving a bejeweled rose that was on Rat Punk's lapel to a certain foxy inspector of Interpol. ;)
Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell were sent to stop the source of the thunderstorm, Thunder Hawk, before it got worse. Wearing rubber insolated versions of their uniforms, they were able to withstand his lightning attacks, with Kitty confronting the thundering avian as he took to the skies. Kitty's hoping that a well-timed blast from her gun can take him down.
Mr. Wolf and the Good Guys were racing through the streets of L.A. to get the money back from the amphibious thief known as Terror Warts. He was a tough, quick, and disgusting, opponent for the former master criminals, but they managed to get the money back, allowing Mr. Wolf to escape with a hookshot WITHOUT losing his pants this time. See? He's making progress already. ;)
