This is the Voice of the Broken. In the game broken is often mopey and sad, except in the Tower route, where he finds meaning acting as Tower's acolyte. This inspired me to draw him as a cultist. His wings are bent and twisted, and his masked face has the imprint of a hand, indicating he's been "touched" by Tower, who is a quasy-god.
