Chapter 27
Outside Lars Café

The Alien Queen allows herself to be petted by Michael and her drool drips on his face but finally the Alien Queen wants to leave and she raises her head and waits for MIchael to move so she can leave. Michael lets her leave because he knows she can't have a hive here. The leader of the three policemen has ordered a cease fire as he realizes that they must have even more powerful weapons in order to kill the Alien Queen. Continuing to shoot at the Alien queen could mean the cops get hurt and maybe die and that's not part of their plan.

Michael watches as the Alien Queen disappears further and further away and he already misses her. Sven also stands and watches as the Alien queen disappears from the distance, but he doesn't miss her at all, quite the opposite. Sven thinks it's nice that the Alien Queen has left Michael, although he is worried about the people the Alien Queen meets on her way. Hopefully they are smart and stay away from her.

The injured police officer has gone up to the destroyed police car and among other things, he retrieves handcuffs and takes the radio out of the car so that he can call the police station without having to lie down in the car. The injured officer speaks softly to the leader explaining what Michael did the previous day and that he needs to be arrested and the leader agrees with him. The leader has not seen the surveillance footage from Kungsträdgården, but he trusts his colleague. All the cops are of course happy that Michael saved their lives but they can't let him go because of what he did the previous day. The injured officer hands the handcuffs and the com radio to his leader and the leader calls the police station.

- Gregor here. We need a picket bus because the Alien Queen destroyed our car. We will have a suspect and a friend of his with us to the police station so we need the big picket bus, over.
- That is understood, sir. Where are you, over?
- We are outside Lars' café in Essingen, over.
- Okay good. Are there any injuries, over?
- One policeman is slightly injured, but no one else as far as I can see. It is possible that the Alien Queen is harming people in her path but we have lost sight of her, over.
- I understand, we'll send the big picket bus as soon as we can, over.

The police chief turns off the com radio and approaches Michael and Sven. Michael and Sven are talking to each other and Sven thinks that Michael is taking far too many risks. The alien queen could have hurt him badly as she was so angry but Michael believes that Sven is wrong. He was in full control the whole time and he thinks Sven exaggerates her dangerousness. The police are debating whether to walk up to Michael and tell him to put his hands up and then handcuff him or just grab his hands from behind and handcuff him. There are risks with either way, but the police choose to grab Michael's hands from behind and quickly arrest him. Michael doesn't even have time to react until he's imprisoned and he becomes confused. The policeman steps forward so he can look Michael in the face.

- What's going on? what are you doing
- You are under arrest. Anything you say can be used against you. You have the right to a lawyer. You and your friend must accompany us to the police station for questioning.
- Arrested for what?
- You will find out when you arrive at the police station. You there, you keep calm or I'll imprison you too.

Sven starts to move when he sees that the police are starting to approach Michael and he is just about to tell Michael to keep calm when the police handcuff Michael behind his back. Sven moves a little when the police come to MIchael so that he can get a better place. Sven talks to the police.

- It's calm. I am this person's contact person. His name is Michael and he lives in a group home for people with mental health problems. I'm pretty sure what this is about.
Michael thinks and guesses what this is about and he mutters sourly.
- Well, i guess it's about the eggs that I placed in the Kungsträdgården.

Sven looks at Michel.

- You were fully aware that you committed a crime when you placed the eggs. You are a smart person and often know how things work.
- There were only 45 eggs. It could have been over 100 eggs considering how many eggs were in the Alien queen's hive.
- It wouldn't have made things any better. In addition, you placed 15 eggs in the Karolinska hospital and people died, including my grandmother.
- The alien warriors started placing lots of eggs when I had placed the 45 eggs. It's not my fault. They surely would have done it anyway.
- You might have shown them the way through the tunnel so that might be your fault too.

The policeman who has arrested Michael listens to what Michael and Sven say and he makes small notes on a larger post it note that he will give to the person who will interrogate Michael. Since Lennart has written an early report on the crime, he will probably be the one to interrogate Michael. Lennart is a kind but tough policeman and it may be necessary for this person to learn some sense. While the police are waiting for the picket bus, he starts talking to Michael.

- Why are you drenched in slime?
- Because I stood under the Alien Queen's anus after she had laid an egg. Large amounts of mucus came from her anus and it all landed on me.
- Why did you stand under her anus?
- Because I knew there would be large amounts of mucus.
- You wanted to get the slime on you?
- It is quite obvious that it was so. Yesterday I pushed my arms into her egg sac and felt the silky warm liquid that was there. It felt so nice against my skin.

The policeman makes another note on his post it note before he answers.

- I understand. You get started on such things. That's always good to know.

Michael looks the policeman in the eye.

- I'm not who you think I am. I just like the alien queen's slime.
- Well. We have to wash you off before the questioning but we'll do it at the police station.
- Can't I save some of the slime in a jar?
- I can't answer that. You can ask whoever washes you, but I have a hard time believing they would agree to that.

Sven will think that maybe he should tell the police a little more about Michael

- I feel that you should know that it is Michael who has ensured that the Alien Queen is here.
- Well, how?

Sven talks about Michael's unique ability and explains that he has wished for the Alien queen to exist in reality and that it has now happened. Sven also tells that Michael wanted the underground tunnel that starts at Mariatorget to be open and that the Alien queen had her hive there. When Sven has finished telling the story, the policeman stands and ponders what he has been told, and he thinks that Michael is a dangerous person who should end up in prison. Who knows what he may wish for in the future?

The big picket bus arrives and the police brusquely shove Michael into the bus because he is so angry with Michael. Michael doesn't say anything but sits in the back and is silent. The leader who has arrested Michael sits down next to him and Sven sits at the far end. Other police officers sit behind Michael and Sven and they constantly keep an eye on them.

The picket bus drives towards the police station in Östermalm and during the journey Michael sees how more than 12 adult Alien monsters are killed by police officers. The policemen who shoot the monsters have extra protective armor so that the corrosive blood doesn´t splash on them even if the Alien monsters are standing close to the policemen when they are shot. All the cops use pulse rifles when they kill the adult Alien monsters. Curious people stand nearby and watch as the adult Alien monsters die and several of the curious people are filming with their mobile phones. Michael thinks that the news about the Alien monsters will spread quickly and even become international news. The picket bus arrives at the police station and he and Sven are taken into the police station by three police officers while the others park nearby.

Östermalm police station

It is full of people in the large waiting hall of the police station and the people are waiting to be processed at the large reception desk and the policemen sitting behind the counter look tired and worn out and several phones are ringing at once. It seems to be total chaos in the reception and Michael guesses that most of the cases are about the progress of the Alien monsters.

The three cops go to a large door with an electronic lock and open it and let MIchael and Sven in and then they go to a bathroom and tell Michael to take off his clothes and shower before the interrogation. One of the three policemen collects clothes that Michael can borrow during the interrogation. Michael doesn't want to shower at first but he is brusquely told to do so and Sven tells him to listen to what the police say. One of the police officers wants to interrogate Sven separately, but Sven explains that he should attend Michael's interrogation because he is Michael's contact person and the police approve his request. Since Michael is still handcuffed, a policeman has to help him wash his body, but Michael does not resist the policeman helping him. When Michael's body is clean and dried, one of the officers helps him with the clothes that he gets to borrow during the interrogation and they leave the bathroom and start walking up a long flight of stairs.

When they have reached the fourth floor, one of the policemen opens a door and lets Michael and Sven into a long corridor and they follow the policeman who walks in front of them. The policeman stops in front of a door at the end of the corridor and he knocks on the door and goes in and he tells Michael and Sven to wait outside. Michael makes a resigned gesture.

- Well, I can't get anywhere considering that I don't have my hands free and you have my personal things like keys and mobile phone.

The door closes and Michael and Sven can hear the police talking to someone in the room but they can't hear what is being said. The policeman who was injured by the blood from the Alien Queen walks past Michael and Sven and enters the room as well. Michael watched as the police took notes while talking to each other before the picket bus arrived and he hopes this policeman tells them that he was protecting the police when the Alien Queen attacked them. Michael gives Sven a tired look.

- It seems that my wishes are not working as they should. First the Alien queen leaves her hive and now I'm standing here waiting for interrogation. It wasn't how I had planned.
- But that's how it turned out. Michael, you must realize that you made a very bad choice in wishing the Alien Queen to exist in reality. Did you see how many Alien monsters the police shot?
- Given that 45 monsters were born yesterday in Kungsträdgården alone, 12 Alien monsters is not that many in the context. It wouldn't surprise me if there have been over 100 Alien monsters born since I started placing the eggs. Did you know that five Alien monsters were born at Zinkensdamm's sports field on the same day as the monster on the ferry to Gröna lund and the one at T-Centralen were born?
- No, I didn't know about that. Were you the one who placed the eggs at Zinkensdamm's sports field?
- Absolutely. As you can guess, it was also me who placed the eggs at Brunkebergstunneln, Slussen, Sergels Torg and T-Centralen, as well as with the guy who bullied me at school. I was at the sports field later when you had gone to your grandmother's.
- Why are you proud of this? It's terrible. Think of all the poor innocent people who died at Gröna lund and T-Centralen. What have they done to you? I'm guessing you let that angry janitor at the sports field get attacked by a facehugger.
- I tricked the caretaker so that he walked up to the egg and was attacked. He was so rude to me. I don't know who died at Gröna lund and T-Centralen except for a person named Mia. She lived in my accommodation and did not come home in the evening, so I understood that she had died when Krister told me that she was going to visit Gröna lund. I can't directly say that I'm proud that the people have died but now it happened, or well, I saw when some died in the park yesterday and I thought it was right that some of them died but not all of them .
- Do you even feel any sadness that the people died?
- I think it's a great pity that Helena and your grandmother died, but otherwise I don't know.
- Helena?
- A staff member who worked at my residence. A Chestburster exploded from her chest when she was in my apartment. I let the Chestburster out of my apartment because it started eating my pots and it ate two people living in the residence and it became a full grown Alien.
- Didn't you feel sorry for those two people? What happened to the adult Alien monster?
- I didn't used to hang out with these people so I didn't know them very well. I released the adult Alien monster and I think it went to the Alien queen. Of course, Krister got very angry when I let the Alien monster out of the residence. Perhaps I should have asked if it could live with me.
- What, you mean that the Alien monster would live with you? You and I both know that that wouldn't have worked even if the monster wouldn't hurt you.
- It could have worked.
- You know very well that it hadn't.
- I could have felt its warm drool throughout the night and day. It would have been so nice.
- Michael, I think you need mental help soon. Such thoughts are not normal.

The door to the room opens and the two policemen leave the room and a grey-haired policeman in civilian clothes calls out to Michael and Sven and says they can come in and sit down. When Michael has entered the room, the policeman loosens his handcuffs so that his arms are free again and Michael sits down on an empty chair in front of the policeman's long desk. Sven sits down next to Michael and the policeman walks over to his desk and opens a folder and clears his throat.

- Then we'll see. Then it was time for questioning with you Michael Gatzer. Is the last name right?
- Yes, it´s right.
- Okay, my name is Lennart Brotå. Michael, you are under arrest on suspicion of murder without a weapon and public sabotage. How do you react to the allegations? You are of course entitled to a lawyer and I have found a suitable one for you.
- I think the suspicion of murder feels too harsh. I can agree with sabotage.
- Both you and I know what happens to people when the eggs are opened and the little beast jumps out.
- They are called Facehuggers and what is born from the chests is called Chestbursters.
- Whatever. You know what happens to the victims.
- They die.
- Yes, doesn't that count as murder then?
- Only if I make sure the people get to the eggs. They are not exactly invisible.

Lennart glares at Michael almost defiantly and then pulls out several papers from the binder and sends them down towards Michael. Michael picks up the papers and they are pictures from Kungsträdgården's green area and in the pictures it is very clear when Michael pushes up several Alien eggs on a blanket where four girls are lying and the last pictures show when the four girls are each attacked by a Facehugger. Sven also looks at the pictures and he looks sad.

- Why did you push the eggs on the blanket so that these girls were attacked? These girls look really young. They must be around 20 to 25 years old. How do you think their parents will react when they find out what happened?

Michael doesn't have a good answer as to why he pushed the eggs so the girls were attacked. He had never met them before and Michael shakes his head and answers.

- I don't know. It just happened that way.

Sven is not satisfied with the answer but he does not say anything. Lennart takes out several papers and they clearly show how Michael places two eggs near a horse and a gray seal and then tricks the horse into walking up to the egg and the horse is attacked by a facehugger. On three other papers, it is clearly seen when Michael tricks Torgny into an Alien egg and stands and watches when he is attacked by a facehugger. On some other papers, Michael tricks other victims into the eggs and stands and feels when the facehuggers inject their eggs into the victims' throats. Sven also looks at the pictures and realizes that Michael actively tricked several victims into the eggs, but that's not how he told him it had happened when they were sitting in the cafe. Sven actually feels a little uncomfortable when he looks at the pictures. Michael is not as innocent as he wants Sven to believe.

Lennart starts a smaller tape player that is on the table and clears his throat again.

- How do you mean it can't count as murder when you obviously push the eggs towards the girls, place the egg near the horse and trick it into the egg, trick this person into the egg and stand and watch when he is attacked and trick the other people into the eggs and touch the beast when it attacks them?
- Okay, in those particular cases it can be counted as murder, but there were several others who were attacked without my helping. Some of those who were attacked are not needed in society.
- What do you mean?
- I saw when some drug dealers were attacked and they really are not needed in society. They sold their drugs very openly if you say so.
- So you thought it was absolutely right that they died?
- Absolutely
- The drug dealers have the same rights as you and you are not a bit better when you trick them into the eggs. I know that there were several security guards who were attacked and they are needed in the community..
- But I wasn't there when they were attacked, so it wasn't my fault. They must have gone to the eggs to remove them or something. If they had left the eggs, they would not have been attacked.
- But you knew that it had happened and it is clearly visible when you later go around looking for the victims and in many cases stand very close when these Chestbursts are born. It almost looks like you like what you see and I can see from the pictures that you also filmed when several of the Chestbursters were born.

Lennart takes out several other pictures and sends them down to Michael and both Sven and Michael look at the pictures and it is very clear that MIchael is very close to the victims as almost every Chestburster is born. Sven looks horrified as he sees how close Michael stands when each Chestburster is born.

- My God, Michael. This is worse than I thought. You sought out the victims to see what happened to them. You never told me about that. How can you be so emotionally cold? Did you know any of them besides that bully?

Lennart looks questioningly at Sven and Michael when Sven mentions a bully and Sven explains what Michael told him when they sat in the cafe but also about when the first bully died. Sven also tells what MIchael has said about the Alien monster at Gröna lund and the T-Centralen, and Lennart nods silently when he finds out how those events happened. Sven concludes by mentioning Michael's comment that over 100 Alien monsters may have been born. Michael sits quietly as Sven tells what he has said. Lennart pulls his gray hair when Sven has finished telling his story.

- Yeah, one thing is clear, Michael. You are certainly not innocent of these events and I can't see any other crime classification other than murder. I hope you are aware that you are probably going to jail because this crime is so serious.

Michael starts to protest but Sven silences him and explains a little more about Michael.

- It should be so, but I'm pretty sure Michael wouldn't last a day in prison. Michael has mental health problems and has mild Autism Spectrum Disorder and receives daily help from his staff at his group home. Of course, Michael should be punished for what he has done, but I don't think prison is the best punishment for him. I've known Michael for over 20 years so I know roughly what he can and can't do.

Lennart bends over the table and stares hard at both Michael and Sven.

- It is not me who decides the punishment. It is the district court and the judges there who decide the punishment, but personally, I would have liked to see Michael behind bars considering what he has done. More than 100 people have died because of Michael and some of them were colleagues of mine so I take it very personally.

Sven nods.

- My grandmother died because Michael placed 15 eggs at the Karolinska hospital and she was attacked by a facehugger.
- Mmm. Now for something else. Some of my colleagues drove to Lars Café because it was reported that the Alien Queen was nearby. They found the Alien Queen and opened fire on her and they managed to injure her but she attacked them and from what I heard you ran up to the Alien Queen and stopped her from killing my colleagues. Is that right?
- Yes, that's true. She was pissed at them.
- How come you managed to stop the Alien Queen? She should see you as easy prey for the eggs. How is it that you managed to place all the eggs without getting attacked by these facehuggers?
- Because I added it to my wish when I wanted her and the other monsters to exist in reality. The Alien Queen trusts me and I trust her. I also wished that Sven would not be harmed by either the eggs or the monsters. A Chestburster was born from a staff member's chest at my residence when she was inside my apartment yesterday but I was never hurt by the Chestburster even though it was very close to me.

Sven makes a humming sound and Lennart turns to him.

- Michael says he has been visiting the Alien queen very often in her hive and it seems to have worked well but there are some worrying signs when they have met each other. Michael has said that the Alien Queen laid several eggs on his body yesterday when he retrieved the eggs that he transported to Kungsträdgården, but he also said that later in the day he thrust his arms into an open part of the Alien Queen's egg sac and felt the silky the liquid that was there. Today Michael stood under the Alien Queen's anus after she laid an egg and got drenched in slime and I feel like a major accident is about to happen considering Michael does grosser and grosser things when he meets The alien queen and that worries me very much. I don't really know how to explain my concern but that's how I feel.

Michael laughs.

- Sven worries a little too much. Yesterday I let an Alien monster drool in my mouth and it was very special. It actually tasted.. good. The first time I met the Alien queen, I smeared my body with her drool so that I would smell like her,

Lennart looks thoughtful and he scratches his gray hair and looks at both Michael and Sven as he answers.

- That's nothing that we police officers can do anything about, but a psychologist would certainly have been interested in that. You who are Michael's friend, do you trust the Alien queen?
- No, I don't. I only met her today but I don't trust her but Michael does. It's extremely strange that she layed her eggs on Michael's body yesterday and I wonder if she wasn't trying to trick him somehow but it didn't work out as she had planned.
- I understand. I also think that sounds very strange. As for the whole thing about Michael shoving his hands into the egg sac and standing under the Alien Queen's anus so the slime landed on him, I think this. Maybe Michael should see a psychologist once in a while. We have psychologists here at the custody. I will probably place Michael there pending multiple hearings and trial.

Michael shakes his head violently when Lennart says that he is to be placed in custody.

- I can't cope in custody. I must be home.

Sven agrees with what Michael says.

- I don't think Michael would feel good about being in custody. It is better if this is solved in another way.

Lennart looks at Sven and Michael. Are they serious?

- I can't let you go after what you've done. I must be guilty of misconduct if I let you go. The public would have lynched me if I had. There are consequences for every action and you have to realize that you have gone way too far. Lots of people have died because of you. Some of them were colleagues of mine.

Michael gets frustrated when he hears what the police say and he starts to get irritated. After all, he saved the policemen from being killed by the Alien Queen.

- But can't it be solved somehow? I should be considered a hero because I stopped the Alien Queen from killing your colleagues. Can't you ask your superior if I can be released if I promise not to deploy any more Alien eggs?

Lennart sits and thinks for a few seconds before answering.

- You're not a fucking hero, quite the opposite. I'm grateful you stopped her, but you're no hero. I can talk to my boss but I suspect he feels the same way and you need to stay in custody pending further questioning and trial. But there is something I want to ask you about first and I want an honest answer. Did you feel empowered when you placed the eggs and watched as the people died?
- Yes. It was so incredibly cool when the Chestbursts were born
- Thanks, then I know what I wanted to know.
- Does it matter?
- It plays an extremely important role when the district court decides your sentence.
- Just a small detail, if you're wondering if I wanted to place some eggs in the city today, I'll say no. A lot of Alien monsters have been born.
- I am fully aware of that. There are many police officers who are killing the Alien monsters.
- I don't know if you're aware of this but it's creating new problems as I sit here because I can't figure out where the Alien Queen is going. Me and Sven are the only ones that the Alien queen trusts and who can get close to her without being attacked by either her or her warriors, i.e. her soldiers who protect her. It is possible that you can kill the Alien queen with sharper weapons but first you have to find her new hive and also kill her warriors. I can find out where the Alien Queen goes and tell you.

Lennart snorts angrily at Michael.

- You are very rude. After all, you are the one who created this problem and not us. How do I know you're not protecting the Alien Queen so she can continue to reproduce if you're released?
- You can't know that, but I don't intend to do that. I can sign a paper promising not to protect the Alien Queen.
- That's not how we police officers work. It is possible that the judges at the district court can sign an agreement that you will not protect the Alien queen, but it is a long way until you get to the district court. There are several hearings that must be held first. Do you have any idea what we police officers do to protect people and prevent crime?
- No, I have no idea about that. I don't usually visit the police station except when I get an ID card and passport.
- Mmm. My colleague and I did not find you in our criminal database so I assumed that you have never been convicted of any crime.
- Hmm. I think I was convicted of theft once but it was in the 1980s and my parents paid the fine.
- I understand. Well, I'm going to get in touch with my boss and two colleagues and discuss whether you can be released but I don't think it's going to happen. You wait in the room while I talk to my boss and colleagues.

Lennart gets up from his chair and goes to the door. Michael looks at Lennart.

- Don't forget to point out to your boss and colleagues that I have mild Autism Spectrum Disorder and live in a group home.
- I will remember to point that out.

Lennart leaves the room and closes the door carefully, and Sven and Michael are left alone. Michael has a lot of questions for Sven.

- If I'm released by the police, do you think I'll still have a curfew when I get home?
- I can't answer that, but why are you going out?
- To look for the Alien Queen, of course.
- Is that wise? I believe it only creates more problems.
- There could probably be bigger problems if I don't find out where she is.
- Michael. is it true that you let an alien monster drool in your mouth?
- Yes, it was very close to me and the drool flowed into my mouth.
- Did you swallow the drool?
- It doesn't matter.
- You know they have acid for blood. Who knows what they have in their drool.
- Well, I felt as usual afterwards so it was probably not a problem. By the way, do you know if there is any big place where the Alien queen can hide and create a new hive.?
- Hmm. There is a very large sports field in Hammarby and it is located near the Avicii arena. She could possibly hide there. Erikdalsbadet, which is also located in Hammarby, is also gigantic, but it is indoors. Avicii's arena is also huge, but there she would probably have been discovered quite quickly.
- Hammarby? My mom and dad live in that area. They live very close to Erikdalsbadet.
- I know. If the Alien Queen continues to walk straight ahead after leaving Lars' café, she will reach Hammarby.
- Ah, you're right about that. I didn't think of that.

Sven mutters quietly to himself.

- If we still had a predator here. Then this problem would soon be out of the way.

Michael immediately becomes curious about what Sven is talking about.

- Predator? Is it some other kind of Alien?
- You can say that, but they are usually not as dangerous as Alien monsters unless someone turns into a PredAlien.
- PredAlien? Huh? What is it?
- There is nothing you need to know. Forget what I said.
- I still think it's good to look up where the Alien queen is going, especially if she gets to Hammarby. Then I have to warn my parents so they don't get hurt. Or maybe I can include them in my wish so they can't be harmed.
- I don't think you should wish for more things, except if you are trying to wish away the Alien monsters. Have you tried doing that?
- No, not yet.
- Maybe you should concentrate on trying to do that in the first place.

Michael looks at Sven and then he starts to smile.

- I have a good idea. I'll wish that we both get released without any problems. You don't mind me wishing that, do you?
- As long as it doesn't pose any danger to the police, it's fine with me.
- Nope. It is completely harmless. I only affect their near memory.

Michael closes his eyes and begins to mass in a language that Sven has never heard before and Michael's hands spread to the sides as he continues to mass. After a short while, Michael quiets down and opens his eyes again, looking very pleased.

- Like that. Then it was clear.

Sven looks around the room and they are still sitting in their seats and Sven looks questioningly at Michael.

- Er, we're still sitting here.
- Lennart hasn't come back yet, but he will soon.
- Michael, I hope you haven't done something similar to me.
- Of course i haven´t. I've only made sure that you can't be harmed by either facehuggers, chestbursters, adult aliens or the Alien queen. It's because of what happened on the ferry to Gröna Lund.
- Okay good.

Michael and Sven hear quick steps in the corridor and they approach the door and after a few seconds the door opens and Lennart enters the room.

- Then so. Then we were done. You can go if you want.

Sven notices that Lennart seems completely different from when he left the room but he gets up from his chair and Michael gets up too and they go out into the corridor and Lennart shows them the way and makes sure Michael gets his belongings back. Michael's slime-covered clothes are in a plastic bag and he accepts the bag and leaves the police station.

Sven looks at Michael with both an amused and slightly worried look. It's good that Michael doesn't have to go sit in custody, but Sven thinks it feels wrong to deceive the police in this way. Michael looks around for Sven's car and he looks confused.

- Where is your car?
- It's still in the car park outside Lars' café. Have you forgotten that we rode the police picket?
- Ah, that's it. You're right. I didn't think of that. Well, shall we go back to the parking lot then?
- It sounds like a good idea, but Michael, please don't place any more alien eggs in the city.
- I've already said that I won't.

Michael and Sven start walking towards Lars' cafe and it's quite a long way there but they have strong legs and Michael thinks it's nice to take a long walk after first sitting in the cafe and then sitting in the police's room. When Michael thinks about the police, he realizes that he has forgotten to do a very important thing. The tape recorder on the police desk was still recording when Sven and Michael left the room. Besides, all the pictures with Michael's face were still on the desk.

- Oh shit. Sven, We forgot some important things. We forgot to turn off the police tape recorder and destroy all the pictures on the desktop.

Sven looks at Michael and he wonders if this is a joke but Michael looks serious and when Sven thinks about it he realizes that Michael is right. Sven laughs at the situation.

- It was good that you managed to fool the police, but you should have a checklist with you where you check so that things don't become a problem later on.
- Do you think the police will look for me now?
- It depends on whether he listens to the tape and looks at the pictures.

Michael stands still and thinks for a while but then he smiles.

- I solve this this way.

Michael starts massing again but he lasts for a shorter time this time and when he opens his eyes again he looks at Sven.

- So, then that problem was solved.
- What did you wish for?
- Well, that the problem was solved.

Suddenly, a fire alarm is heard from the police house, but no smoke is visible from it, and Sven guesses that Michael caused the pictures and maybe also the tape player to burn up. Sven hopes that Lennart was not injured by the fire. Sven looks at Michael with an amused face.

- You're such a little thug. I wouldn´t want to be your enemy.
- I had to make sure that the evidence was destroyed.
- The best thing would have been if you had refrained from placing the eggs. We don't know what the consequences of this are. The alien queen is looking for a new hive and who knows what will happen to the humans who get in her way. The whole city might become a disaster area so that no one is allowed to move outside their homes.
- I have a hard time believing that.
- But you can't know how the military and the Prime Minister reason. You said that they declared a state of emergency in Kungsträdgården and parts of Sveavägen. They are quite central places in the city.

Michael looks thoughtful. In a way, Sven is right. But then he gets an idea and looks up at Sven.

- Sven, would you like to go around the city and destroy all the Alien eggs that you and I find?
- Unfortunately, I don't have time for that, but it might have been a good idea, but I think it's better that the military gets to do that job instead. They have more experience than you and I.
- The military yes, hmm. They don't seem to have gotten involved yet. I wonder why.
- Those in charge of security in the city may not consider it necessary yet.
- It could be so.

Sven and Michael continue to walk towards Lars' café, but the rest of the walk takes place in silence. Both Sven and Michael see during the walk how several adult Alien monsters are killed by the police and he wonders how many eggs the Alien queen's warriors have placed in the city and where they have been placed. When Michael and Sven pass Gamla stan, they see that some of the older wooden houses at the beginning of the street have burned down, but Michael has not heard anything on the news that they have burned down. That should be big news. Speaking of big news, shouldn't these Alien monsters be big news? Michael looks at Sven.

- Do you think that the news about the Alien monsters will become international news?
- It wouldn't surprise me if that happens. Would you like to get credit for it in that case.
- For my own safety, I think it's probably best not to tell people the truth about how the monsters can be here. Some people would probably have hated me and a few might have loved me but the majority would probably have hated me.
- You're probably right.

Michael and Sven continue walking and Michael thinks about the creature that Sven mentioned, the PredAlien. Michael intends to find out what it is when he gets home.
