goldfur wrote a new book, a thick compilation of stories from the Chakat universe under the title Other Trails Taken. This is the cover (front and back), which I've been green-lighted to post now that it's available for purchase from CreateSpace. It will also be available at Anthrocon and on Amazon. (I'll update this space with store links when I can.)I spent 65+ hours on this baby, and would still be fussing over it if there hadn't been a deadline to meet. (inb4 - The blank space on the wall in the top left corner is for the blurb. I left it blank so the letters will be easier to read.)
Also, for the record: Goldfur is an awesome person to work with, and I'd recommend hir to any artist.

As great as the art is, I have to call fail. You've got two sullen foxtaurs and a chakat with a psionic empathy rating of E5 ten feet from them, and all shi does is smile at the fennec.
Forrest should either be meddling as chakats are wont to do, or vacate the sad room, or at the very least have a frown of concern.
Sorry to be "that guy," but after being on a Forrest Tales binge I tend to notice the little things.
